A safe, supportive mobility class designed for adults and seniors who want to move without pain, fear, or intimidation.
All movements are done seated in a chair or standing.
Absolutely NO floor work.
NO mats.
NO jumping.
NO fast transitions.
Knee-, hip-, ankle-, and back-friendly.
Every exercise can be modified.
Your comfort sets the pace — not the clock, not the music, not the person next to you.

❌ A boot camp
❌ A traditional aerobics class
❌ Yoga on the floor
❌ High-intensity or high-impact
❌ A class that requires getting down and back up
This is accessible movement, designed to restore confidence, mobility, and ease.
This is not “hard fitness.” It’s mindful movement for real bodies.
