Our story didn’t come from theory.
It came from lived experience — and from the person behind Fine Tuning Fitness.

About Jen

Hi, I’m Jen.

I’ve walked beside people through pain, burnout, overwhelm, and the quiet loss of self that can happen over time — especially when the body no longer moves the way it once did.

Not as someone with all the answers.
But as someone who listens deeply, moves gently, and believes in your ability to heal with the right kind of support.

I’m a certified personal trainer, wellness coach, and nutritionist, with additional training in corrective exercise and whole-person care. My work is rooted in nervous system health, real-life nourishment, and movement that feels like a return — not a punishment.

I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I don’t believe in pushing through pain.
And I don’t believe your body needs to be “fixed.”

I believe in:

  • Consistency over intensity

  • Strength built safely and gradually

  • Whole-person care that honors your story

  • Lifelines — those small, daily practices that reconnect you to breath, body, and belief

My background is diverse — from health and fitness to photography and years of working closely with people in transition — and it’s shaped the way I coach. With empathy. With clarity. And with respect for where you are right now. I’ve always felt most at home behind the scenes, supporting others.

Whether we’re working one-on-one, moving together in a class, or simply having a conversation about what your body needs, my role is guidance — not judgment.

We don’t force change here.

We fine tune it.
