A NASM-certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition and wellness coach, Jen is passionate about guiding clients toward balance in movement, mindset, and everyday habits—without extremes.
With a professional background as a licensed real estate broker and commercial photographer and years of personal dedication to health and wellness, Jen brings both empathy and practical insight to her coaching. She has shared her knowledge in small group talks and retreats, fostering real conversations around self-worth, resilience, and healing.
When she’s not coaching you will find Jen enjoying time with her family. Jen enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and caring for her dogs. Above all, she values integrity, connection, and helping others discover their own path to strength, wellness, and confidence.
