💊Values-Based Supplement Policy

Our Approach to Supplements

At Fine Tuning Fitness™, supplements are used selectively and conservatively.

While we recognize that modern diets can be lacking in certain nutrients, we do not default to broad multivitamin use. Each individual’s needs, tolerance, medical history, and medications are different.

Rather than providing a wide mix of vitamins and minerals “just in case,” we favor:

  • Targeted support when appropriate

  • Low-dose, well-tolerated options

  • Adding only what clearly supports the individual

This approach helps:

  • Reduce unnecessary ingredients

  • Minimize interactions and side effects

  • Avoid supplement stacking

  • Keep support calm and manageable

If a basic multivitamin is already being used and tolerated well, there is typically no urgency to change it. At the same time, we are careful not to layer additional supplements unless truly needed.

More is not better. Appropriate is better.

At Fine Tuning Fitness™, supplements are supportive tools—not shortcuts.
They are used to reinforce the body’s natural communication systems alongside movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and lifestyle practices.

Our Standards (Non-Negotiable)

We only recommend supplements that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Independent third-party testing

  • NSF and/or GMP manufacturing standards

  • Transparent labeling (no proprietary blends)

  • Clinician-grade formulations

  • Free from artificial dyes, flavors, and sweeteners

How Supplements Are Provided

Fine Tuning Fitness™ uses Fullscript, a professional practitioner dispensary that allows clients access to high-quality supplements at discounted pricing.

As a credentialed nutrition coach, Fine Tuning Fitness™ may receive a small practitioner margin on purchases made through this platform.
All recommendations are made based on quality, safety, and appropriateness—not financial incentives.

What We Believe

  • The body adapts when signals are restored—not overridden

  • More supplements do not equal better results

  • If it cannot be clearly explained, it will not be recommended

  • Supplements must complement—not replace—medical care

What We Do Not Do

  • No MLM or influencer-driven products

  • No hype-based trends

  • No one-size-fits-all protocols

  • No paid brand endorsements

Fine Tuning Fitness™ does not diagnose or treat disease. Supplement guidance is educational and supportive in nature.

Small adjustments. Steady signals. Long-term resilience.
